Each May, this annual pre-conference session is offered to students and city/county employees who are looking forward to becoming city or county managers in the future.  This year, FCCMA’s Annual Conference is being held on May 27-30, 2009 in St. Augustine, Florida.   

The SYWTB session is being held this year on Wednesday, May 27 from 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.  Some of the topics covered this year will include a panel discussion on management styles, ethics, working with council and the media, working in the “sunshine”, building relationships and how to get the job. The first 50 people to register for this session will receive a free management style analysis. There will be networking opportunities with the FCCMA Board of Directors during lunch and a “speed” networking session. There is no charge for this session, but preregistration is required -- see registration form for details.
