Rusel Honore, US Army Ret., who
was responsible for coordinating
military relief efforts for
Hurricane Katrina-affected areas
across the Gulf Coast, will be
the keynote speaker.
Saturday’s speaker will be
Michael Hingson "a 9-11
survivor" who has a remarkable
story to tell.
