Committee Description
This committee has a
sub-committee (the Emerging Professionals
Council).
The Committee is tasked with:
- Designing the fall symposium
- In collaboration with the Center for Florida Local Government Excellence,
producing phone panels and webinars that address the four life cycles of a
manager
- Designing and planning the So You Want To Be A
City/County Manager (SYWTB)
conference session (EPC)
- Planning the Career Development
Luncheon or Breakfast at conference (with consult of conference chair)
- Recruiting student members

- Attending job/career fairs
(EPC)
- Serving as contact with the
universities and communicating with them (EPC)
