Our Philosophy Statement

The FCCMA Coaching program is designed to provide convenient, sustainable, and flexible high quality coaching opportunities for the following target audience:

• Those entering the profession from college/graduate school

• Those entering the profession from another profession

• Those moving up in the profession 

The program will also engage veteran managers as coaches which will:

• Engage veteran managers in helping to grow the profession

• Provide networking connections among managers in Florida.
