Emerging Professionals Council
This Council will work
closely with the Center for Florida Local
Government Excellence (CFLGE) to develop the
next generation of managers, assist with the
fall/spring symposiums, plan the Career
Development Luncheon at Conference,
administer the Assistants’ Scholarships for
the Symposium and Conference,
plan the SYWTB Session at Conference
(or design something new), continue the
work/development of the Coaching/Mentoring
program, Career Fairs and Forums, and
develop internships, if requested.
This committee is usually broken down
into sub-committees due to the heavy
workload.
