Strategic Planning Committee
This committee will
develop the next FCCMA Strategic Plan—either
a three year plan or a five year plan—to be
determined by the committee.
The Committee will use the
information gathered this year, the results
of a SWOT (strength, weaknesses,
opportunities and threats) prepared by this
year’s board of directors and next year’s
board of directors, and comments from the
membership questionnaire.
The draft Strategic Plan will be
presented to the Board of Directors at the
February 2009 meeting for discussion and
revision.
The final Strategic Plan will be
adopted by the membership at the annual
meeting in May 2009.
