DEERFIELD BEACH – Director, Planning & Development Services

The purpose of this position is to direct the operations of the Planning and Development Services Department, which includes the Building and Landscape Divisions. Responsible for the implementation of the City’s Growth Management Program including zoning, subdivision regulations, annexation, development information and coordination, zoning inspection, planned developments, public benefit uses, variances, conditional uses and impact, and long-range, strategic plans.
