The purpose of this position is to perform a variety of complex professional and administrative work in developing, planning, organizing, overseeing, and managing the City’s Human Resources Department (HRD) including organizational and employee development, labor relations, personnel policies and procedures, job classification, compensation and benefits, and risk management.

Position Scope:
This is a Department Head position and Essential Personnel position.
