The Office of General Counsel is actively seeking an Attorney II – Land Use.  The position reports to a supervising Attorney. The primary purpose of this position is to provide land use and zoning and other legal services of limited variety and complexity to the City Council, the City’s Planning & Development Department, and other assigned clients.

Open requirements include:

  • Graduation from an accredited law school.
  • Possession of a Florida license to practice law.
  • Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in the practice of law.
  • Professional legal experience in government – preferred.
