City of Fort Meade

The City of Fort Meade Florida is currently seeking a qualified municipal manager to serve as its Interim City Manager while the city proceeds with a nationwide search for its next City Manager. An initial contract with the Interim City Manager covering a period up to five (5) months will be signed, which includes compensation of $10,000.00 per month, along with housing/transportation assistance of $2,000.00 per month, and may be renewable by the City Commission, as may be required. A city cell phone will be provided for work-related use. The candidate must be available to start work immediately upon selection. The selected Interim City Manager may be allowed to apply for the permanent City Manager’s position.
